I hope you’re all having a fabulous weekend. I’ve had a very productive morning. I woke up at 9:40am (a little later that what I would have liked). I had muesli with almond milk for my breakfast and started cleaning everything in the kitchen and living room areas. I put the washer on, cleaned the benches, vacuumed the whole space, and at around 1pm, I’ve decided I should go to the gym. So I’ve made a pre-workout protein smoothie and it was DELICIOUS!
1 cup spinach
0.5 scoop protein powder of your choice (I used the one from a brand called The Protein Works because they sell vegan protein powder)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
